Q: According to the report of the Philipine Star Newspaper, Northern Luzon Commander Lieutenant General Anthony Alcantara said that the Philippine Coast Guard vessel BRP Pampanga will replace the vessel BRP Edsa in waters off the Huangyan Island and another ship of the Philippine fisheries and Aquatic Bureau was on its way to the sea area. How does China comment?

A: China has made solemn representations with the Philippines regarding its dispatch of more ships to waters off the Huangyan Island and demands the Philippines to immediately take positive steps to restore peace and stability of the sea area.
