Chinese Ambassador NIU Qingbao, the Guest Speaker, congratulated the recipients and their families, saying it's the pleasure of the Embassy to provide some financial support to students who have excellent academic performance but economically challenged to finish their study. Ambassador NIU shared some information on China-Jamaica bilateral relations and expected the students to carry on the tradition of bilateral friendship and cooperation. By introducing China's foreign policy on fostering a new type of international relations and building a community with a shared future for mankind, and quoting the good wishes of General Secretary XI Jinping for youth in his report to the 19th National Congress of Communist Party of China, Ambassador NIU encouraged young students to study harder and make greater contribution to their family, their nation and the whole mankind in the future.
