On July 9, 2007, Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo and Assistant Foreign Minister Cui Tiankai met with visiting special advisor of the UN Secretary-General on Burma Gambari respectively, exchanging opinions on the situation of Burma and the mediation efforts of the UN Secretary-General.
