(5) Commodity Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Jamaica, signed on December 13, 1978.

(6) Agreement on Provision of Loans by the Government of the People's Republic of China to the Government of Jamaica, signed on June 5, 1991.

(7) Cultural Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Jamaica, signed on June 5, 1991.

(8) Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Jamaica on Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Investment, signed on October 26, 1994.

(9) Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Jamaica on Mutual Exemption of Visas for Official Tour, signed in Kingston, Capital of Jamaica, on 10 May 1995, by Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica Wang Jianli and Jamaican Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Mullings. The Agreement went into force as of June 8, 1995.

(10) Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Jamaica on Exemption of Double Income Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion, signed in Beijing on June 3, 1996, by Vice-Premier Qian Qichen and the visiting Jamaican Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Mullings.

(11) Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Jamaica on Mutual Exemption of Visas between Hong Kong SAR of the People's Republic of China and Jamaica, signed in Kingston, Capital of Jamaica on June 25, 1997, by Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica Li Shangsheng and Jamaican Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Mullings.

(12) Exchange of Notes Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Jamaica on the Provision of Grant by the Government of the People's Republic of China to the Government of Jamaica, signed in Beijing in October, 1998, by Vice- Minister Liu Shanzai of the MOFTEC and Jamaican Minister of Industry and Investment Paul Robertson.
